1) Return & Refund Policy
We value your trust and strive for complete satisfaction with every order. However, our products—especially heavy machinery and consumable items—require a strict return and refund policy to prevent misuse or fraud.
No General Returns:
Returns are not accepted unless the delivered product is damaged, incomplete, or not operational at the time of delivery.
Refund Requests:
Customers must contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a refund inquiry. After this period, requests will not be entertained.
Non-Refundable Items (Strict Policy):
Due to increasing fraudulent activities, no refunds or returns will be accepted for:

Lubricants, engine/mobil oils, and other liquid consumables (once opened or used)

Any electrical or fluid-based items after seal breakage
Batteries:
Refunds for batteries depend on verified usage and condition. A deduction may apply based on how much the battery has been used.
Shipping Fees:
All shipping or transportation charges are non-refundable and will not be included in any refund amount.
CNIC Verification:
All customers must provide their original CNIC number during checkout for verification and record purposes. Orders placed without valid CNIC information may be delayed or cancelled.
Inspection Requirement:
Before delivery, an authorized person must be present on-site to inspect and confirm the condition of the machinery.
If the customer cannot attend personally, they must provide details of the representative (full name, CNIC, and contact number) who will inspect on their behalf.
After the inspection and confirmation, the customer may:

Handle delivery and transportation personally, or

Request Mark & HK Enterprises to arrange shipping through our logistics partners.
Once the machinery has been inspected and accepted, no refunds or claims will be processed.
Processing Time:
Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed after product inspection and verification within a reasonable timeframe.
Important:
Inspect all machinery at the time of delivery. If damage is found, immediately contact our support team with pictures and details to ensure prompt resolution.
2) Shipping & Service Policy
We take pride in delivering machinery, parts, and accessories safely and efficiently across Pakistan.
Coverage:
Currently, we deliver only within Pakistan. Expansion to international shipping will be announced in the future.
Delivery Time:
Orders are typically dispatched within 4–5 business days, depending on product type, location, and logistics capacity.
Shipping Partners:
We collaborate with trusted logistics providers for safe handling and secure delivery of heavy machinery and accessories.
Order Tracking:
Customers can track their orders directly through their account once dispatch is confirmed.
Installation Service:
For machinery and heavy equipment, on-site installation and setup services are available upon request and may carry additional charges.
Charges:
Shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout or communicated before dispatch.
For oversized machinery or equipment, transportation charges may vary by region.
Delivery & Inspection Policy:
